The hotel offers great facilities such as a hot spring and delicious food options that cater to every taste. The location is superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and entertainment. the staff were welcoming and provided great customer service throughout my stay.
There was some miscommunication regarding the room descriptions that led to confusion upon check-in. The room descriptions were unclear and caused some inconvenience during our stay.

The hotel boasts a good location and offers a pleasant environment for an ideal getaway. the rooms are spacious, well-kept and equipped with essential amenities like a Western-style bathroom and comfortable beds. the breakfast served is quite delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the onsen and other facilities are adequately maintained and offer a relaxing experience.
The staff's attitude towards guests is quite disappointing and unprofessional.

The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and local shops. the food was delicious with many different dishes to choose from. the hot springs were also a great feature and a fantastic way to relax.
There were some issues with the room descriptions which led to confusion upon arrival. the manager was rude at first towards us and seemed to discriminate against those who were not fluent in Japanese.
